P+S Technik Opens New Technical Base in Hollywood

P+S Technik has opened a new technical base on the lot of the Television Center Studios in Hollywood to offer service and support for the company’s new PS-Cam X35 and other P+S products in the United States. The center will serve as a single point of contact for customers, cinematographers, directors, technicians and partners.

The P+S Technik technical base will be operated by Alan Lasky and Michael Gamböck.

Gamböck joined P+S Technik in April and will spend half of his time in America. He has a long history in sales and has worked for Avid, Elektrofilm (postproduction) and Bavaria Film.

Lasky will run the office in Hollywood full time. He will help customers, partners and end users with technical and workflow issues. He has a long track record in Hollywood in camera and visual effects.
