New York-based post house Click 3X announced that it has opened a new color correction suite and hired Jordan Bramlett as colorist.

The new suite features a Davinci Resolve system and control surface with professionally calibrated color reference monitors for client supervised sessions, along with a multi-GPU/Red Rocket processing system.

Bramlett previously served as an IATSE Local 600 DIT on set with directors and cinematographers as well as behind the scenes, honing his colorist’s eye. Bramlett has color graded several projects, including “Tucker,” a fashion music video featured in The New York Times Magazine’s style section, Angola Hardcore, a feature documentary that premiered at the Dubai Film Festival, and a range of commercials including work for Alexandre Plokhov, Joe Fresh, Tory Birch, Macy’s, Toy’s R Us, Heidi Klum, Comcast, Bushmills, GMC, Ford, VH1 and Verizon.

“As soon as I met Jordan, I realized this was a unique opportunity for him and for Click 3X,” Click 3X managing director Jason Mayo said. “In addition to his talent, his experience with directors and clients on set make his knowledge of the process invaluable. A lot of houses have color correction capabilities, but we wanted to wait for the right fit and with Jordan coming on board, we found it.”
