It’s Emmy nomination day, and the below-the-line nominees who contributed their varied talents to such Apple TV+ shows as Ted Lasso and Severance over the past year offered their reactions to the exciting news.

Apple sent over written statements from its nominees, including four folks from Ted Lasso, three from Severance, two each from the VFX teams behind Foundation and See, and solo nominees representing musical comedy Schimigadoon! and the Magic Johnson docuseries They Call Me Magic.

BTL salutes all of today’s nominees, and of Apple’s crop, Ted Lasso hairstylist Nicky Austin in particular for the way Nate’s (Nick Mohammed) hair was used to subtly tell a story in Season 2 of the hit comedy.

Apple TV+ scored 52 nominations on Tuesday, so the nominees below represent but a small sample of the streamer’s success.
