The California Film Commission will accept applications on Monday for the next $100 million round of the state’s Film and Television Tax Credit Program.
The commission’s annual tax credit lottery is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. With demand for tax credits far exceeding supply, the lottery determines which projects are selected initially to receive tax credits, and which are placed on the waiting list.
To be included in the lottery, applications must be delivered to the Film Commission’s office (7080 Hollywood Blvd., Suite 900, Hollywood, CA 90028) on June 2 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Each application received during that period will be assigned a lottery number and included in the drawing.
