The Sony VENICE has been a go-to camera for a large number of features and TV productions industry-wide. The new VENICE 4.0 Firmware upgrade, available June 2019, unlocks High Frame Rate (HFR) shooting capabilities including 120 fps in 4K 2.39:1, 60 fps in 6K 3:2 Full Frame and more. A hardware upgrade is required to access the HFR capabilities and support future Sony VENICE firmware releases.
