Earlier this year, Dominic Cooke‘s spy-thriller, The Courier, opened in theaters, and it’s now available on DVD, blu-ray and on Digital.
In the movie, Benedict Cumberbatch plays British businessman Greville Wynne, who is recruited by a CIA operative (Rachel Brosnahan) and MI-6 to pass top secret documents with a Soviet officer named Oleg Penkovsky (Merab Ninidze) in order to prevent a nuclear confrontation with Russia during the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis.
In Below the Line‘s exclusive clip, which you can watch below, Director Dominic Cooke talks about how he developed the look of the film (with Production Designer Suzie Davis) and particularly how they tried to make London and Moscow have more of a unified look and tone as a contrast.
The Courier is now available on DVD, blu-ray and on Digital.
