Earlier this year, the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) canceled their annual show in April due to the coronavirus pandemic. The NAB Show Express, which brings the NAB show online, launches May 13th and May 14th with 24-hour access to content curated for the global media and entertainment community.
Featuring more than 100 live and on-demand educational sessions as well as an online marketplace, the NAB Show Express provides information, inspiration and solutions to move the industry forward. The program opens at 12 p.m. ET May 13 with NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith’s State of the Industry address.
The NAB Show Express will honor top industry leaders and icons. Award recipients include Muppets creator Jim Henson (Distinguished Service Award), Entercom’s J.D. Crowley (Digital Leadership Award) and actor Terry Crews (TV Chairman’s Award) during the opening event and Achievement in Broadcasting Celebration.
