Modus Operandi announced the addition of EP Carolyn Davine to the company. Davine brings extensive experience in business development to the growing digital agency.

“We’re extremely excited to have Carolyn on board,” said Miles Dinsmoor, Modus Operandi’s co-CEO and chief strategy officer. “She brings a very personal touch with her clients that’s invaluable to a business like ours, and a depth of experience in both video games and network entertainment that make her a perfect fit.”

In her roles as business development executive and project manager, Davine has overseen collaborations with a variety of entertainment networks, studios and properties including 2k Games, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Warner Interactive, THQ, A&E, FX, HBO, Disney Channel, AMC, Spike, ABC, FOX, Bravo, VH1, TNT, Starz and Lifetime. Prior to joining Modus Operandi, she owned her own representation agency The Davine Collection, featuring a diverse client base in entertainment and advertising. She also previously served as head of business development for award management and publicity company Brave Dog, and executive business development of entertainment marketing agency Concept Arts.

“The work here is matched by the experience and intelligence of the people who make up Modus Operandi,” Davine said. “I was immediately struck by the respect they share for each other and their clients. Creativity and integrity are a part of everything they do. It’s truly a place of quality and inspiration on all levels.”
