J.L. Fisher, in conjunction with the SOC, ICG and ASC will hold its annual Open House and Mixer on May 17 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the company’s Burbank facility. The free event offers informative seminars and the chance to meet and mingle in a relaxed environment.
This year’s SOC Moving Camera Operation Seminar (10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) will cover safety on the set and locations. The SOC will also be holding a raffle to support the Children’s Vision Center at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
The dialogue with ASC Cinematographers (2:30-4:00 p.m.) will be moderated by George Spiro Dibie, ASC.
Jim Fisher will give tours of the facility at 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
