The Hollywood Post Alliance announced the nominees for the 2012 HPA Awards. The awards honor excellence in postproduction, recognizing the achievements of individuals and companies. The nominees in the 12 craft categories were chosen from a field of innovative entries in color grading, editing, sound and compositing for motion pictures, commercials and television. This year marked the largest number of entries in the HPA Awards’ history.
The winners of the 2012 HPA Awards will be announced at a gala evening at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, Nov. 1.
