The Society of Camera Operators (SOC) opened the online submission process for its annual technical achievement award.
The technical achievement award is given each year by the SOC and awarded at the Lifetime Achievement Awards that will take place Feb 6, 2016 at the Paramount Theater in Hollywood.
This award submissions are reviewed by the society’s technical committee with demonstration and presentation conducted later in the year when the finalists are selected. The recipients will also be highlighted in the spring edition of the SOC’s Camera Operator magazine.
