Caroline Rault has been upped to Film/TV and Broadcast Sales Director — Americas at Rosco, the company recently announced.

Rault joined Rosco in 2007 in product management, but her talent, charisma, and Hollywood experience quickly led her to join Rosco’s sales team. Caroline has held many roles and responsibilities during her time at Rosco, including her most recent position as Sales Manager for Rosco’s North American Film/TV and Broadcast sales team, which has demonstrated incredible growth and resilience under her leadership.

“Caroline has led our North American Film/TV sales team to exceed the goals we set for many of our product categories. She has also built strong relationships with our dealer network, end-users, and within industry organizations. The time is right for Caroline to further expand her responsibilities into the full Americas region, where she will continue to build Rosco’s market presence in North, Central, and South America,” said Cristian Arroyo, Rosco’s Vice President of Global Film, Television, and Broadcast Market.

“I am thrilled to take on this expanded role,” said Rault, who will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, which continues to be a production hub for film and television. “It’s an exciting time in the Film/TV and Broadcast market as it continues to grow around the world. I am focused on bolstering our existing relationships throughout Canada and the United States and discovering new opportunities in Central and South America,” she added.

Founded in 1910 and headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, with offices in Los Angeles, France, Toronto, Spain, the UK, and China, Rosco offers a wide range of products for the worldwide film, television, and broadcast markets. It’s best known for the products it manufactured initially — color filters, gobos, scenic paints, and fog products — though the company now offers products in more than a dozen categories, including LED Lighting, Backdrops and Digital Imagery, Window Control, Image and Effect Projection Equipment, Staging Products, Projection Screens, and Flooring products for dance and television studios.
