First Look at Cine Gear Expo 2017

Cine Gear Expo 2017 is an annual event for professionals engaged in the film and entertainment technology industry. Taking place June 1-4 at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, California, Cine Gear features 300 exhibits, new product and service introductions, 30+ complimentary seminars led by industry leaders, master classes, film competition, awards ceremony, special screenings in state of the art theaters, and ample opportunity to network with peers within a studio environment.

Here is a first look at the growing schedule for Cine Gear Expo 2017.

June 1 – Film Series Competition Screenings

• 8 Independent Short Finalists – 12:00 – 1:45 pm
• 8 Music Video Finalists – 2:15pm – 2:45pm
•  7 Student Short Finalists – 3:15pm – 5:25pm

June 2-3 – Exhibits, Premier Seminars, Exclusive Screenings, Awards Presentations, Special Events

• Awards Party for the winners of the Film Competition, Cinematography Lifetime Achievement,  and Technical Lifetime Achievement Awards – 8:00 pm -10:30pm.

June 4 – Master Classes

Learn how Henry’s progressive filmmaking and the high resolution and flexibility of RED cameras helped to produce the desired results for the film. This three hour class will be comprised of lecture, hands-on demo time, and footage review. Scheduled to take place at RED Studios Hollywood on June 4th from 10AM to 1PM.”
