Hantel brings industry experience, having worked as the managing director of Licht & Ton, and as chief controller of Bavaria Production Services, prior to joining Band Pro. Additionally, he holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg.

Band Pro Film & Digital was founded in 1984. The German subsidiary office in Munich opened in 2002 and serves the European and international markets.
