Modus Operandi announced that award-winning creative director Peter “PJ” Yesawich has joined the company. Next month, he is a featured speaker at the upcoming Twitter #FEED Brand Storytellers Session at SXSW Interactive.
“PJ brings energy and enthusiasm to ModOp that is infectious and occasionally downright hazardous,” Modus Operandi president Jeff Suhy said. “He has an inspiring approach and deep experience overseeing digital campaign executions. Just as important, we experienced an instant ModOp cultural fit which sealed the deal.”
“Modus Operandi is comprised of multi-disciplinary transmedia storytellers,” Yesawich said. “They don’t just give lip service to collaboration. They operate that way innately, moving lightning-fast to make compelling things for clients. For all of those reasons and more, I can think of no better team to join.”
Yesawich brings more than a decade of digital marketing, advertising and multi-disciplinary creative experience to Modus Operandi. He has worked with some of the world’s largest brands including Intel, Samsung, Microsoft, Audi, Porsche, HBO, A&E Networks, Viacom and Wrigley.
Before joining Modus Operandi, he conceived, produced and directed the integrated launch campaign for the Samsung Galaxy SIII. Throughout his career, he has held key creative and strategic positions for such noted companies as Creative Asylum, Bazaarvoice, Exopolis, EVB, Venables, Bell & Partners, Fl2, MMGY Global and Omnicom’s Karsh/Hagan.
Yesawich is an active public and private speaker on digital marketing, trends, design and strategy including Boulder Digital Works and SXSW. #FEED powered by Twitter tells the story of SXSWi as an interactive, social media technology experience. Each day of the event features storytelling summits hosted by leading brands and creatives. Yesawich will host on March 10. And in addition to conferences, Yesawich is also a guest lecturer at many distinguished colleges and universities in the United States including Brandcenter VCU.
