LA-based camera rental and sales house Birns and Sawyer announced that it is auctioning off all of its entire film camera inventory, including cameras, lenses and camera accessories, in order to focus on digital acquisition systems.

According to the company’s website, “In addition to film cameras, we are auctioning 2/3-inch lenses, studio lighting and lots of other goodies.”

The online auction, (http://auctions.tigergroupllc.com/cgi-bin/mnlist.cgi?tigergrp20/category/ALL) closes at 10:30 a.m. PST, Oct. 19.
