Houses in Motion has opened as New York City’s newest design, animation and visual effects (VFX) production studio. The partnership of John Earle and Dan DeGloria brings together over 20 years of combined production experience in the commercial and broadcast television industries. Earle and DeGloria have spent much of their careers working in the same production studios, and over the past few years, the duo have collaborated on numerous independent projects for a variety of clients.

“Our aim is to provide the highest quality services to our clients, and do so with a positive attitude that is sometimes lost in the hectic production environments of our industry,” said Earle.

Based in Brooklyn’s Columbia Street Waterfront District, Houses in Motion offers a wide variety of services ranging from design and direction through compositing, animation and VFX for commercials, broadcast and film. The company has recently completed several broadcast show packages for WEtv as well as television commercials for Nickelodeon and Nutrisystem.

“We chose to set up in Brooklyn because it offers a certain pace and lifestyle that we wanted to provide for ourselves and our employees,” said DeGloria. “The borough is also home to us and many of the artists we love working with.”

Earle and DeGloria have previously worked with such companies as Digital Kitchen, Imaginary Forces, Trollbäck+Co, LoyalKaspar, Nickelodeon and Hornet Inc. overseeing projects for clients like Microsoft, AMEX, Showtime, A&E, Disney and McDonald’s.
