In 2012, Jake Caputo launched takemymoneyhbo.com, asking fans to tweet the price they’d pay for a standalone HBO streaming service. Three years later, HBO decided to prank Caputo for the launch of its new HBO Now streaming service, with help from The Sopranos stars Tony Sirico and Vincent Pastore.
