And the contributions of women to the art of editing, including a screening

of Invisible Art/Visible Artists 2010.

Ms. Menke, best known for her contributions to the films of Quentin Tarantino and Oscar nominated for her work in Inglourious Basterds and Pulp Fiction, tragically passed away last month.

We will screen INVISIBLE ART/VISIBLE ARTISTS 2010, a documentary about the 2010 Academy Award Editing nominees, produced by American Cinema Editors Education Center, in which Ms. Menke is featured.
A panel of accomplished women editors, including Academy Award winner Chris Innis, A.C.E., whose work from The Hurt Locker is also highlighted in the film, Yana Gorskaya,  A.C.E., editor of Spellbound and an alumna of the USC MFA Production program and Suzy Elmiger, A.C. E.,  Sally’s assistant editor on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and editor of Breakfast of Champions will be part of this bittersweet and important conversation.
