Advanced Systems Group (ASG), a data, video, audio and film integration firm, announced the addition of Gary Schneider, Keith Pintner and Chris Sullivan to its engineering team. All three are veterans of Media Vision Integration (MVI), a California-based AV systems integrator, with experience in designing and building broadcast, film, and postproduction facilities, high end boardrooms and briefing centers, as well as other specialized AV systems.

For more than 16 years, Schneider served as president and CEO of MVI. Before he established MVI, he worked for nine years as an engineer and project manager for David Carroll Electronics, where he served as the systems engineer for a custom audio system for the U.S. Senate.

Pintner spent 14 years at MVI as a senior project manager and system engineer, where he worked on projects for Apple, Pixar Animation Studios and ENG Mobile Systems. He began his eight-year career at David Carroll Electronics as an installation technician, and was quickly promoted to support engineer and project manager.

Sullivan was a systems engineer at MVI for six years, working on projects for a number of companies, including LinkedIn, Dreamworks Animation and Lucasfilm. Independently, he has produced promotional videos for the California wine industry since 2009, and previously served as a stage manager and machine room operator for American Zoetrope for nine years.

“It is rare for a company to have the opportunity to welcome three employees with this level of engineering expertise at the same time,” said Dave Van Hoy, president, ASG. “We are very pleased to add Gary, Keith and Chris to the ASG team, and we look forward to adding their talents to our upcoming projects.”
