The Hettema Group recently tapped Culver City-based Blur Studio to create a 47 second immersive time-lapse video that will play on nine 75-inch, high-definition monitors arrayed in the elevators servicing the observatory atop 1 World Trade Center. The video depicts the development of New York City’s skyline, from the 1500s to today. One World Observatory is scheduled to open to the public May 29.
