Thomas has more than 17 years of casting experience and has cast more than 2,000 TV commercials for leading brands. She has worked with agencies such as Arnold, BBDO, DDB NY, Digitas, Euro RSCG, Gardner Nelson + Partners, Grey, Hill Holiday, Huge, JWT, Martin Agency, McCann, Radical Media, The Richards Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA\Chiat\Day, The Joey Company and Y&R.
She previously worked with House Casting and Liz Lewis Casting. In addition to being a full-time casting director in New York City, Thomas also teaches an on-camera commercial class for actors called “Brooke and Mary.” Many of her students are top-notch talent on the NYC improv and comedy scene and have gone on to achieve great success in television and film, including Ben Schwartz, Rob Huebel, Nick Kroll, Ed Helms, Aubrey Plaza and Jessica St. Clair.
