Creative studio SPLICE has added editorial and postproduction producer Drew Sondeland to its team. Since joining SPLICE, Sondeland has produced a series of recent projects, including new commercial campaigns for the American Cancer Society (ACS) and Numerica Credit Union; a web video showcase for Room & Board – a mix of still photography, live action, and motion graphics, and a Cloud Cult music video for their new song, “Good Friend.”

“As SPLICE continues to build capacity and capabilities, we need producers who have the skills to grow with us and our clients,”” said SPLICE co-founder Barb Condit. “Drew fits that mold perfectly. He’s a very creative producer who also has extensive technical knowledge and expertise. His experience in series television and commercials adds to our already deep roster of producing talent. We’re thrilled to have him on board.”

Before joining SPLICE, Sondeland spent the last six years with Page Productions as a supervising producer. Overseeing the editorial process and postproduction for Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, he supervised postproduction on Food Network’s Tailgate Warriors and Outrageous Food. Sondeland began his production career in 2006 as a live studio camera operator for a Fox News affiliate.

“Before joining SPLICE, I had the good fortune of being a client of theirs for several years,” Sondeland said. “That gave me the opportunity to get to know everyone here, and see first hand the quality of the work coming out of SPLICE. Having now worked on a few projects, I’m blown away by the professionalism and creativity here. We’re really building something special, and I’m excited to be part of it.”
